REPAIRS · PREVENTIVE CARE

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Limit breakdowns, protect uptime, and stay ahead of costly repairs with our comprehensive forklift planned maintenance (PM) programs — built around OEM recommendations, equipment usage, and real-world service data.

STOP FIGHTING FIRES

START PROTECTING YOUR UPTIME.

If you're reacting to unexpected forklift failures, chasing down service vendors, or holding your breath during each inspection, you're not alone. When warehouse and operations managers get stuck in a cycle of reactive maintenance, it costs them time, money, and trust with leadership.

Planned Maintenance (PM) is how you break that cycle. Our proactive PM program — led by expert technicians — catches problems before they shut you down, so you can stay focused on your operation instead of on equipment issues.

MAINTAIN WARRANTY STATUS

Keep your factory warranties valid with regular maintenance performed by certified technicians.

LIMIT MAJOR REPAIRS

Address minor issues before they develop into costly major repairs, saving you significant maintenance costs.

MINIMIZE DOWNTIME

Stay ahead of failures and reduce unexpected breakdowns and disruptions to your operation.

BENEFITS OF PLANNED MAINTENANCE

WHY A PM PROGRAM PAYS OFF

Every PM visit includes detailed inspections, lubrication, and a recommended list of any repairs or component replacements to keep your fleet compliant, safe, and ready to perform.

REDUCE DOWNTIME

Catch issues before they turn into breakdowns. Planned maintenance limits unexpected failures that interrupt your operation and slow down throughput.

PROTECT FACTORY WARRANTIES

Most OEMs require routine service on a set schedule to keep warranties valid. We follow OEM guidelines and document every visit so you stay in compliance.

LOWER REPAIR COSTS

Routine service extends equipment life and reduces the risk of expensive emergency repairs or rush orders on replacement parts.

IMPROVE SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Avoid OSHA violations and unsafe conditions with regular inspections — brakes, hydraulics, steering, and lights all checked.

MAXIMIZE LIFESPAN

Well-maintained equipment stays in your fleet longer, works better, and delivers more ROI across its lifecycle.

BUDGET PREDICTABILITY

With fewer surprises, your equipment maintenance becomes a controlled operating expense — not an unpredictable emergency.

SERVICE INTERVALS

HOW OFTEN YOUR EQUIPMENT NEEDS SERVICE

These are typical hour-based guidelines. Your actual schedule is set by OEM recommendations adjusted for how hard your equipment runs.

DAILY / PRE-SHIFT

Check oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, LP leaks, tires, forks, chains, horn, lights, brakes, and leaks. OSHA requires trucks to be examined before being placed in service.

EVERY 200–250 HOURS

Change engine oil and oil filter; inspect or replace air and fuel filters; grease chassis, mast, and lift chains; check brakes, belts, hoses, and fluid levels.

EVERY 250–300 HOURS

Full PM and tune-up: engine idle and ignition timing, spark plugs, cap, and rotor on gas-LP units, brake inspection, hydraulic and mast inspection, chain lubrication and tension, and filter service.

EVERY 500–600 HOURS

Deeper service: inspect lift and tilt cylinders, carriage rollers, mast operation, hydraulic pump and filter, radiator, transmission and differential condition, and clutch and chassis adjustments.

EVERY 1,000–2,000 HOURS OR ANNUALLY

Major service: replace hydraulic, transmission, differential, and brake fluids as specified; cooling-system service; hydraulic pressure test; compression and fuel-system checks on IC trucks.

Intervals vary by make, model, fuel type, and duty cycle. We set your exact schedule when you enroll.
